Why am I being
charged up front for my order?
We are a direct shipper, we
place our orders based on your order, in doing this, we
are able to cut out the cost of inventory maintenance
and overhead, subsequently reducing the cost to you.
However, at times the factory may be out of stock which
will inevitably produce delays. In the event this
happens, we will do our best to notify you unless we
have posted a general announcement to all shoppers about
an individual product lines availability. Sports Clothes
and More will do everything we can to insure delivery
within 15 business days, but we are tied to availability
from the factory.
Our Returns
Policy
You may return most items sold by
Sportsclothesand.com within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost
if the return is a result of our error, or that of a
drop shipping manufacturer.
We cannot accept returns of
certain items, including:
- Any item that is worn
- Any item not returned in its'
original packaging with labels attached, etc..
- Any product missing the serial
number or UPC.
In addition, we will only issue
partial refunds for the return of certain items,
including:
- Any item that is returned more
than 30 days after delivery.
- Any that has obvious signs of
use.
- Any item that is not in its
original condition, is damaged (not caused by
manufacturer), or is missing parts.
