Our Exchange/Return
Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange
an item. That’s why we offer a
30-day* 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise
with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used
for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow
us 10-14 business days to receive and process your return.
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items,
simply
contact
our customer service department and request a
pre-paid return label. Upon receipt of the label, return the
item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost

*We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is worn or laundered.

All Panties/Pantyhose/Underwear (Excluding Bras) are final
sale according to state law.

We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying
on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may
make the item non-returnable.
We
will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain
items including:

If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped
and you would like a refund of your items, we reserve the
right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20%
re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from
your refund.

Any order returned in whole or in part that included free
shipping (and falls under the free shipping purchase
minimum) will have a standard shipping charge of $6.99
deducted from the refund, this includes items sold as “FREE
SHIPPING”.

Any RETURN of 5 items or more will incur a restocking
fee of 20% as well as the normal applicable shipping fees.

Any return qualifying for a discount that after exchange/
refund does not qualify for said discount, the difference
will be deducted.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date
